HELP - eBAY turbo/fuel saver gadget thing

Would anyone like to pass comment on one of these gadgets I've come across on eBay?

Is it worth buying one du think?

basically theres no way that that fan can move enough air to make much of a difference.

to give you an idea. your clio is a 1.4. now lets go with your engines 50% efficient that means every cyle your pulling in 0.7 ltrs of air now at 3000 rpm your engines drawing 2100 ltrs of air every minute, the fan would need to move more than this to make any difference.

now look at supercharger of turbochargers they spin away up 2-300,000 rpm is a leccy motor was to do this i dont think it would last long due to the heat build up

An electric fan will never be able to force air into the engine. It would be like trying to blow up a concrete box with a balloon pump

In fact there's a serious risk that it will collapse and chuck metal shards into the engine
