what else can i do to my punto after induction kit , engine remap and decat exhaust has been fitted ?

Not a lot to be honest. There's not much 'slack' in small engines capacity engines anyway. Watch the decat with current MoT standards - even if it passes the emissions test on a technical level it'll still be issued a fail notice due to the absence of the cat.

gas flowed head and higher lift cams will give a bit more but the map will need played with again
