2012 Touareg tuning

Yo !! fellow VW enthusiasts, i just got my 2012 Touareg 3.6 and looking to do some serious modifications. Any suggestions? I've already looked at ABT but the mods were too exterior for me, I'm looking to pump some steroids into the engine. Please HELP !!
