What car body style is your preference

Do you prefer coupes, off roaders, sports cars, hot hatches, saloons, estates, wagons etc..

Looking back at the cars you've owned is there a definate pattern?

Mine is 90% hatches with the odd estate thrown in. I need the practical space and something I can park easily around town, so a car with a long boot is no good to me.

Well I think that "there are horses for courses" so as a retired small builder I have always had a ute to carry tools and materials so since I retired i have a dual / crew cab utes with a canopy over the tray to carry stuff to the tip or whatever as well as towing my weekend toy to various events as well as sleeping in the back when camping at the 2 day events I enter.

I've owned more hot hatches. Does a beetle count as a saloon or a hatch? I'm thinking saloon but it's more hatch shaped than anything else.
