Is it worth remapping my honda civic sport 1.6 aswell as putting an induction kit on ??

Remap will see far more gain than an induction kit.
Don't buy a generic remap, get one specifically for your car.
Celtic Tuning, for example, actually take your existing map and modify that so each map is unique and for your vehicle only. They also give a 14 day money back guarantee
There are other remapping companies that no doubt offer a similar service.
Probably best to fit the induction kit prior to the remap as the ECU will then be able to learn the new setup straightaway. However, fitting after isn't an issue as the ECU will sense any change in the air flow and adjust accordingly.
