Engine recon?

Any ideas on the price to fully recon my 1.4 8v quiksilver 2003??

What are you planning to do leave it stock or modify for more power.
Off more power then consider having it built with fully balanced forged internals.

Hope I don't sound cruel here, but I think you should just enjoy the car for what it is buddy and sell it on for something infinitely more tuneable. By the time you have modified this particular car with a bigger engine (£££££'s) and then declared the mods to the insurance company (£££££'s) you would be much better off financially to trade up for something a little easier to tune and modify. But if you REALLY want to go down your original route, then I for one wish you the very best of luck with the project :bigsmile:

That's a better option that you should give serious consideration as it will have the brakes etc to handle the powder and possibly less hassles with insurance etc
