Ecotek CB-26P Fuel Saver

Anybody tried or using the Ecotek cb-26p fuel saver valve and does it noticeably work?

Yes ive tried it and yes it is a waste of time.

other than the induction noise when you lift off theres nothing else

One kind of magnet worth having is the one that goes on the engine oil filter. It helps to trap all the fine ferrous particles a little better.

The Ecotek is a noise machine only.

They're supposedly one and the same.

These are remarkable little devices because the can be used on absolutely any NA petrol car and turn it into a noisy, spluttering misfiring heap of junk whilst simultaneously giving the closed loop emissions control system a headache trying to calculate fuel/air ratios correctly.

It depends more on where you hang them within the car. Some even attach these to the underside of the front suspension turrets for similar reasons.
