Harvey Gibbs engine turbo, anti lag, pace interboiler, air to air injectors, i simply cannot list the mods i had done! - 444 bhp and 400 ib/ft of gearbox munching power.

Evo 6's both running 360 bhp with Apexi management, damn fine cars!

Astra had a C20 LET running approx 280 bhp, was fun!!

Unfortunately though, the Cossie wasn't in great shape all of it's life, i had to do A LOT to it (blew up on the way home from buying it) does help having mates that like to clean engine bays tho

The T4 turbo it came with had seen better days!!!

As had the camshaft!!

Crank pulley came off in my hand after trying to simply change an oil seal, what a nightmare!!

Clutch came out too and i got left with a huge amount of bits....

But once i'd picked this up, i was a happy bunny!!

Then it finally started to take a shape

I have just moved house so i totally agree on the flat packed furniture

The blades were damages due to the anti lag useage, i drove from Kent to Manchester (in the snow) to pick the car up, got as far as the M6 toll road and bang, goodnight Cosworth, RAC man said ''seems like it might be ya spark plugs mate" so i just nodded and asked to be taken home, gotta love the RAC!!

Basically, a pig of a buy, should have scrapped it, but it was my little project in the end

A mate might have a few, i shall ask the question...

This had a C20 LET in it, 6 speed box, phase 2 chip, Frontera interboiler and was a little wild, never seemed to give me much peace though, always something that needed doing, i also had a MK2 GTE 16V Turbo, could eat your dinner off it, was in total vauxhall (as was the blue one) but my missus threw the copies out :amazed:
