Do you think it would be fair if insurance companies started asking if you were a smoker or not and increasing the premiums of smokers?
As a non smoker I'm clearly biased here but I put forward the case that they are usually waving a fag around in their hand, or out of the window. Are distracted whilst lighting, using an ash tray and generally have less of a focus on driving than they would if they were not smoking.
What are your thoughts on this potentially thorny issue?
