2016 VW golf 1.8t TSI

Low idle and hesitation at acceleration. ECU problem, according to a dealer after a $200.00 Diagnostic. I cleared the ecu and reset it but the problem does not go away. Here's what I've done so far:
new coils.
new plugs.
new PCV assembly.
new battery
new MAP sensor
new air filter
liqui moly oil change.
runs on premium chevron 91 octane
What am I missing and doing wrong? It's driving me insane!
