Ignoring tax, insurance and fuel MPG what car would you spend £3000 on and why?
Do you think you can get much of a car for £3000?
Subaru Impreza, Nissan 200sx, Fiesta and escort Rs turbo, Audi A3 1.8t. Cause they are all fun to drive and turbo'd.
Primera Gt, Prelude 2.2 vtec, Almera gti. The list goes on and on there are loads ot choose from with that money.
Come on TN69, a noisy Fiesta over a svelte V12. I know you like your cars on the vocal side but you're being silly now.
But i'd have to buy a V12 with just the shell and no engine otherwise i'd be spending 3 grand on fuel alone.

The missive was that we disregard MPG.
I know but it was just my opinion thats all.
That's unusually rational for you. I thought you regarded gas guzzling as a virtue, rather like I regard beer guzzling
BMW 318i, full breathing kit, turbo conversion and a remap. Easy peasy 300bhp.
That's one of the worst ideas I've ever heard lol. Why not start with a 325i or something? Probably cheaper to buy than the 318s because they cost more to run.

=[ I'm relatively new to all this, lol, just taking a stab at it. I like the 3 series and I can pick one up for under a grand, so can't be bad with a 3k budget.
