Uk inflation rate goes up

The latest Inflation rates show an increase in the UK.

Most of this increase is down to the price of fuel. If fuel prices have that big an impact on our economy it just goes to show how dependent we all are on our cars and on vehicles.

With the VAT rate going back up in January expect an even higher inflation rate next year!

take one look at the prices of vehicles - before and after the scrappage scheme. This has increased the price for everybody, another poorly thought out policy. Using plasters to fix broken bones.
unfortunately the Uk so-called Govt has no idea how to run a country from an economic perspective which is why the inflation rate is going up when unemplyment remains high. The only way to combat this is to increase interest rates - and who wants this at the moment?
