What suspension to get

i have a astra and want to lower it but do not no wot i want i have had a look at spex and koni can anyone help me

First of all I think you mean Spax.
There is plenty of suspension manufacturers so you do have quite a choice.
Spax,Apex,Eibach,Koni,Tein,Bilstein and so on.
Not all will offer you products for your car but these are just to give you and idea. I would imagine all have their own websites for you to have a look at and have a read through what they offer.

Do you just want it to look lower or are you looking for better handling? Is this for the track or will it be kept as a daily road car?

well i want better handling and it will b use for day to day use and sometimes on the track
