What is the coolest car on your street

Has anyone in your road,street or lane got the coolest car or do you hold that caveat?

A guy opposite me has a nice black Mitsubishi GTO with some Splash graphics over it. (Not a big fan of the graphics personally - but it is clearly the most sporty car in our street.) All the rest of my neighbours have Corsas, Fiestas and 306's with an average age of around 7 years.

Round the Corner we have a Canary yellow Impreza and a white skyline.

Dont really have very many 'cool' cars around here, sort of astra's, vectra's, 306 estate, the normal tat, but next door have a 330CS.


although I would say the coolest car around here (there arnt that many) is my cousins defender 110, that he has modded with bigger tires/wheels, winch on the front, snorkel on the top, bigger engine and superchipped so it can spin all 4 wheels on tarmac in second, and had hydro assisted suspention among other things.

There's a DB9 about 50 yards up the road from here. This is an interesting one and is extra cool for one reason: It's owned by a disabled bloke who has had it fully kitted out to be driven using hand controls only. The control system itself is a work of art.

This has to be one unique motor.

i would like to say my leon but i would be lying it is a toss up between a fully restored mini or a fully restored rover v8 (not sure of the model) now here's the bit im jelous of their both owned by the same bloke

not sure if there are other DB9s that have the conversion but you see this alot nowadays. Alot of "little people" ( i think that is what they are called now anyways, sorry if i offended any of ya) have it done and also alot of disabled.

A friend of mine is in a wheel chair & he's knows of a company planning to do track days with a Gallardo kitted out with hand controls. Also a mate on his basket ball team also has a 750bhp Porsche :blink: , I'm trying to get some pics of the car it's supposed to be awesome! None of 'em live in my road :bigsmile:

down here in cornwall there are many people with fun cars. on our street there is a scooby specialist tuning garage, several others have evos, scoobies, a carbon imported elise, some lexus (whats the plural?) a few 4x4s, my wifes integra type r, my mr2 turbo, the list goes on, with boy racers to boot. cars are a very normal hobbie down here

my street is boring just full of the normal 'to tescos and back we go' cars nothing interesting, i love waking my neighbours (well full street in fact as i live right in the middle of a cul-de-sac) up at stupid o clock in the morning rumbling outta the street lol.......but its not my fault car just wont stay quiet lol

some guy who lives in germany, but he has his house near me (neighbour only in summer) he has got a audi R8, which i don't like at all. also there's a hummer H2 and a 98 corvette.
the top cars in my town also are: 3 ferraris: 2 360, one coupe, one spider, and a 355 f1 spider, 2 new corvettes, one z06, 5 hummers, 4 H2 one H3..... and else dunno.
top cars in my country:
Mercedes SLR McLaren, Maybach, Murcielago, Gallardo..... some ferraris.....
and people say we're still poor....

there used to be a 500bhp+ supra in my street parked in my friends garden since the driveway went straight into it but its gone now, so the coolest car is either the latest jag across the street or the mitsubishi gto parked in my garden (my dad's friends but the car has no road tax)
