Tyre's getting low? Try this...

Just for the record, I'm not suggesting anyone do this if you value you life! I still can't believe quite what I watched.
 
Well I can honestly say with my hand on my heart - I have never seen anything like this, ever! Do we know the name of his next of kin and are there many dependents? o_O
 
When you have no money this has to be done. When you see what a lot of people in this country drive around on this is perfectly safe in comparison.
