think your best bet would be to get the engine out of the megane and fit that.
is the clio no a high compression engine ? 197 from a 2.0 must be up at 11:1 min for a turbo engine your needing the compression much lower, around 8 -9 :1, as the engine is more efficient ( more air can get into the engine during the very short time the intake valves open )
so your talking you would need to source a turbo ( easy enough ), all the plumbing, intercooler, lower compression pistons and con rods, custom remap to take in account the turbo
all this would prob cost more than getting a turbo engine outo a rear ended megane and getting it fitted
