The police were not interested at all, I said they should find him and use the breathalyser him as the incident was impossible to perform by a sober, alert person. I can only assume that he was on the phone, asleep, rolling a roll-up, stroking or intoxicated all license losers. I was amazed they didn't want to know. So I can go out tonight smash my car into someone else's drunk, go home to bed and the police won't do anything (As long as no one is injured) How wrong is that?

We can't blame the Police Officers with whom you have spoken. The Home Office is the culprit here.
