It depends on if they are both straight flange or both angled flange, either way you can swap the hot sides over. So in answer to your question, yes it's an easy swap, but you would need to get it mapped afterwards.

Yes you can swap t16 and replace it directly with t19.But as mentioned by the clay you need to get it mapped properly to make the full utilization of it.

Ploddy if as you say you only want a bit more power then the best step is to have your existing turbo high flowed which will involve machining the compressor cover to allow a slightly larger wheel to be installed (this was my 2nd mod after a turbo back 3 inch exhaust).If you fit a larger turbo you will get more power but will lose low rev response but gain more power higher in the rev band this can be remedied by adjusting the cam timing if you have adjustable cam gears and should be done on a dyno by an experienced tuner.
