I want to modify my Lancer's engine but Im really a rookie in this topic. What can I do for a cool engine first modifying?
I want to add some hp and some speed to my car. I will be pleased if anyone can help me

if your splashing out for magnesium wheels then i think you should be taking part in track racing anyway. your looking at a pretty penny for them.
lightweight aluminium alloys will do. and can also be repaired whereas magnesium ones will just go on fire if you try to repair them



to the OP start off with basics,

intake and exhaust get rid of restrictions
get the engine mapped for the best fuel that it can run on
