After a bit of time away, i am currently re-furbing a set of alloys for the first time.
I bought some Rover Streetwise 17" Addendums, as found incidently on the Rover Streetwise:
Unfortunately they are/were in a rough condition.
I was looking around for some company to refurb them for me, but thought i was doing nothing on bank holiday, and decided to have a bash myself.
Here is a pic of one of the wheels that i have, prior to my refurb:
All 4 are in a similar state, 1 of them is particularly bad, but i have left that one till last to start on.
Here is my efforts so far on 2 of the wheels.
The second one of the 2 needs a bit more rubbing down etc, but i painted them so i could see the imperfections.
The inner of the alloys will get sprayed, when i have finished doing the outside.
Not bad for a first proper attempt i reckon.
Ignore the date on the pics, i forgot to reset the date settings!!
