Anonymous reporting of bad driving

Should we be able to anonymously report bad drivers?

Perhaps if we had dash cam footage to back it up?

What would be the implications? Would it work? Can you see any downsides?
 
IMO we should be able to report bad drivers to the authorities especially if you can back up your claims with dash cam footage otherwise it becomes a "he says she says " situation.
