Why do you modify your car

What are your reasons and motivations for modifying your car?

Personally I just want a car that is fun to drive with loads of performance on tap. I don't really care about looks or impressing others, my car is for me to enjoy.

I can't afford a sporty car so upgrade parts as they fail on the car I have to slowly make it different to what it was and individual to me
