All manufacturers have to have a bread and butter model to keep the cash flow going hence the Boxster, Cayman, even the Cayenne to some degree putting there toe in another market sector. There's even talk of a Diesel engine. It was the same 30 odd years ago with 924 etc
I agree though Porsche have some of the laziest designers around just moving the front end from one model to the next Makes good business for a lot of aftermarket design studios to supply kits to put your own stamp on a car though :amuse:
