high flow cats

i've just had my high flow cat put in it's a 200 cell cobra sports cat and it's bloody loud my borough already hates me anyone on the same boat?

This was my worry too. I had no idea how much silencing cats did until I started doing some research. It's what eventually stopped me fitting sports cats to the W8..

It does keep the car legal. I didnt think there was much difference power wise between a decat and a sports cat anyway?

A good sports catalyst will flow very well indeed and there is not a lot of difference between a decat and sports cat power wise. A decat will probably be a bit louder.
