wing on a front drive ?

I have a 96 saturn that has a 4cl ohc with a single turbo and cold air, and at bout 125 my car is hard to controll and i have a aftermarket wing but the car is a front weel drive so i was woundering if it would help my handling and if it will decrease my speed.

you'll probably find that it's the wing making the car unstable at high speeds (not sure where you can do 125, hopefully on a closed or private road) either take the wing off or offset it with a front splitter.

If it is a rear wing it will make your handling worse, as it pushes the rear of the car into the ground but lifts up the front slightly, thus decreasing grip. It is a front wing it will give you more front end grip but make the rear unstable and more likely to slide out and may be twitchy at high speed. Front or rear though it will increase drag and will lower your top speed unless it is a spoiler, which are usually only for looks but can sometimes affect drag, for better or worse.
