Although rather a short article about the very complicated subject, I can find nothing to bitch about :)
 
Turbocharging is a bit of a black art in my opinion. Having a monster of a turbo with masses of rotational inertia is useless if the engine cannot muster enough exhaust gas flow to get the thing going in the first place. This is an extreme example of turbo lag.
