When you become a driver you usually turn into a 'back seat driver'.

Symptoms include checking both ways at junctions multiple times, reaching for the non existent pedals in the passenger footwell, assuming the crash position when being squeezed through a space with 20mm clearance on both sides.

Saying phew we made it.
Saying you're brave attempting that.
Calmly pointing out which side of the road we drive on!
Holding you breath when braking is left to the last meter from the junction!
Repeating loudly the phrase "oh no we're going to die!" (quietly this phrase loses it's impact.)

So are you a good passenger or a back seat driver?

I must admit when I am a passenger I wonder why we are in the right lane when I know that we have to exit left soon

I am guilty of using the non existent pedals too when H I is chauffeuring me .V( ;b/
