Peugeot 406 2.0 HDi Swap

Hello, I'm new here and I want ot ask about swap engines.

I drive Peugeot 406 2.0 Hdi 110hp and i want to swap it with 2.7 HDi Bi-turbo v6 engine, is it possible to get inside the chassie? I have offer to buy this one, with automatic transmission computer and ect. fully equipped?
