I've just taken my Brothers Nova in for some welding of the sills. This car is a 1990 H reg 1.4 with a genuine 48,000 miles on the clock :shock: . The spare tyres is still the original one and I doubt the toolkit has been touched. After I got home the guy at the garage phoned to say the key I'd left didn't open the door (it is a really stiff lock) and he had to climb in through the boot.
My brother is a cautious driver - 20mph round town upto a giddy 25 mph on a clear road! The car seems to have adapted to his driving style and even the accelerator did not easily move beyond a light touch! Its funny how cars seems to reflect their owners personalities in time!
