Mercedes OM642 for RV

I was wanting to increase the output of my engine with an improved turbo, fuel injectors and remap. This is to allow my class C RV to be able to pull my Jeep easier. Any words of advice and parts numbers would be greatly appreciated. My RV is a Coachman Prism 2250 LE with the Mercedes OM042 engine. I’m hoping to increase output to 300 to 400 hp from 190.
