Otherwise I either let them out, or drive round them. Mostly the latter.

The whole width of the road is there to be used. It's up to you how you use it. Sadly, you'll find lots of other who use it agressively. Worse still, some use it arrogantly. even worse, some use it without knowing that it's really dangerous to do so. I can't account for CFW's - they're just there.
