Blue printing

your car would be a lot faster , mainly because your wallet would be a hell of a lot lighter . plueprinting would make little other difference ( may rev higher and last longer ) unless you make additional modifications . cam , ports , valves , compression ratio induction etc
 
Strictly speaking blueprinting is building an engine to some sort of specification. This could be manufacturers specification (which usually has relatively wide tolerances) or even a full blown race spec where everything is balanced perfectly together etc etc.

Most people these days use it to describe an engine built more towards race-spec where everything such as compression ratio is calculated before-hand, everything is all balanced up, checked several times etc etc.
