Hello again from Croatia :)
People what do you think is it smart to replace my turbo with costum turbocharger? Will i see gain in my hp and boost?

P.S. Sorry for my grammar fails:)

Hello and Welcome!!! The 1.8T petrol engines are well respected. Whether you need to go as far as a custom turbocharger is questionable. These engines respond well to software tuning - remapping. How much power are you looking for?

Assuming the engine is working well then you could achieve around 180bhp with a remap alone.

The corresponding torque increase is what makes driving pleasure.

I not looking for defined power,i just want bigger boost
Will i see boost increase with remap only?
And thanks for help :)

When you look for more boost I assume you mean more power, torque and acceleration.

A remap will give you all of these as a result of more turbo pressure and a corresponding increase in fuel delivery.

I think it's down to what you mean by boost. I hope I am along the right lines here :)

You are,its hard to me to explain on english.
Another question, can i do remap by myself or i need to go to mehanics?
And is remap same thing as chiping?
Sorry if i ask dumb questions but i really want to learn that stuff B)

By bigger boost do you mean increase the pressure from the factory setting of say boost 15 lbs and you want to get 20 lbs of pressure ??

IMO the best way to get a remap is from a good tuner on a chassis dyno as increased turbo boost pressure will need more fuel and possibly larger injectors depending on the power output.

Then in my experience you need to find a dyno tuner who is familiar with your car to do the retune keeping in mind the injector and fuel pump flows to ensure that there is sufficient fuel for the increased boost pressure and power to ensure trouble free performance.

Remapping is a specialist thing. There are many different terms for it. Chipping is generally an invasive process. OBDII remapping isn't. The goal is the same - to alter engine control parameters.

You can buy remaps via the post now, some companies like JR tuning offer a tuning computer unit, you read your ECU and email the file to them, they tune it and send it back to you and will tweak it if you need any more alterations or adjustments. It costs more than a remap but if you don't have remapping companies near you it could be the best option.
