What is with all the Daft Questions?

I mean Serious, I'm so thick so here's another daft Question from the Famous Skullion llf!

My Front and Rear Spats on the Car have a couple cracks in them, so I bought a Relica Set from Ebay, made of Fiberglass quite cheap.

So I go to take my old ones off the car and find out They are made of Plastic, which means they are Oringal TRD Spats and Not Relica's.

So does anyone have a small guide on how to Repair Plastic or is it just some kind of filler?, as one spat has a hole in it and not wanting the filler to fall out when going along the road.

google plastic welding. its done with something similar to a soldering iron
