Questions for when you're adding a turbo to a stock motor...

Hello,
I would like to know what should be changed on a motor before you add a turbo to it. I am talking about a stock motor that was not made to have one.

I know adding a turbo to a stock motor would probably blow it but I know too that there's things you can mod to make it "turbo-able".

If you guys have a thread, or a site where it explains what you have to change and why on the motor it would be very nice.
