We've touched on this is another thread but I thought it would be good to discuss the common myths and problems in car movies.

Jumps, most cars would be dead after jumping 12 foot in the air and landing again.
Turbo boost does not make a car fly
You can't just bolt on a turbo

If its in a ff film then it isnt realstic ,sometimes a good watch but not realstic

The most annoying thing is when they stick the hero in some really crap car and then he can keep up with the villian in his Porsche on any kind of road.

Real car chases and drag racing look boring on the big or small screen so they have to be enhanced but they have now got out of hand.
