Have had stretched Flywheel bolts that caused a rattling sound like a broken Gearbox.They were replaced with ARP bolts and no problems since then.
My car has a unsprung solid centre clutch that over time loosened and over time eventually wore thru/sheared the rivets that hold the spline to the plate .
