If you don't want to change the lifters over to the later type that have a larger hole then PROMA MBL8 is the way to go.

D DLegend Guest 4 June 2014 #8 Does your engines's tappet noise go away after driving a mile or so? I'm running this engine as well, the tappets will sing for a mile or so, then disappear. I'm running on Castrol Edge 10w-60. Maybe this helped.
