Hi guys, I currently have an e90 330d with hybrid turbo, fmic, dpf gutted, swirl flaps blanked and egr mapped out. Running just over 300bhp.
I think I have a bad injector or two (intermittent miss/hiccup when cruising, only around 2k revs but when putting the foot down it stops and pulls like nothing was wrong also get a code saying "monitoring fuel rail pressure on start up"). Anyway instead of replacing with new stock ones I was looking to upgrade and maybe get it closer to 350bhp. I think at that power the hpfp should be enough without an upgrade.
Is there a bigger injector to suit or can I change the nozzles on the stock ones? I have been searching and can see upgraded injectors for the x35d m57 but nothing on the 330d. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
