I've noticed that as the temperatures go up the driving standards seem to get worse.

Anyone else noticed this? Why do you think this is?

People have repeatedly pulled out on me over the last few days and nobody seems to have working indicators either. Either the heat has made their driving ability worsen, or they're a bunch of morons.

Fair weather fiends.

They only come out to drive when it's sunny and they decide it's a nice day to drive to the country and have a picnic.

Except that they haven't driven for 6 months, so they haven't a clue what they are doing.

Fits the observed facts though.

It always seems even worse when the roads are busier.

Yet by the end of summer it never seems as bad.

Of course it could just be that people can't concentrate when it's hot, but I don't really see that as likely.

It's happening again, on hot sunny days drivers are a nightmare. When it's a bit cloudy and windy they drive ok!
