If you have been on a rolling road, please share your printout here. It will be interesting to see your graphs and stats.

You can drag the file into the reply window to upload it or just click the paperclip attachment button.

Not got one for the current car, but the last one was put on RR. I'll hunt down the print and post it later.

First Scooby I bought with very little knowledge of what I was buying.
I found a garage that specialises in Subarus, they gave the car a once over and said I should talk to a guy about putting a daughterboard ECU on and having it remapped. It would appear no one had done it previously despite the car being a 1994 and having been in the UK since about 2004ish (iirc). OK says I.

I meet the guy, we talk, he explains the process and what results should be expected. We put it on the RR before and after. I didn't save the before graph (in hind sight I find this very annoying )

The after graph:

The difference in drive was amazing :woot:
At the time I didn't really have the words to express (I've learnt a lot in the last few years) the change. The spool was erratic, now smooth. Leading onto smooth power delivery. It pulled like a train
My current car behaves the same way as the same tuner did his magic on that one as well, but I didn't bother with the extra time and expense to get a rolling road test done. We both knew the new one had more torque & power and that was good enough |B

That car has been scrapped now after some tool drove into the back of it about 3 months later

That's a good price |B

You should get the AFR's (air fuel ratios) checked as well and remapped IF NEEDED as IMO they are more important than the power reading as you don't want them to be too lean anywhere especially @ WOT

That is good, down here I'm looking at £75 to £125, but sometimes they do club days where a batch of cars have a session and the rate is discounted.
