Civic spoiler Query PLEASE ADVISE!

I found a Honda Civic Type R Silver Spoiler Ep3 and i have a Honda civic SE Executive 2004 but not sure if that type r spoiler will fit my civic :s

Please advise!

Does the spoiler have mounting bolts. Or a sticky substance underneath?

My one is bolted on. and i believe it also has sticky substance not sure.
my civic is like the below but in silver:

the spoiler i want has studs and sticky.
