What about the Reliant Scimitar SS1 Turbo, Plastic body, light weight and a Starion Engine if I beleive correctly! There's still a few around and they really do shift.

mine come up as 12 sec i am hoping to get 11's up the pod this year if not there will be money spent on it next year for new heads and bits to make it low 11's maybe high 10's

yeah i was wondering about the reliant. They allways do well in the PPC £999 challenge. the engine is a 1.8 nissan Turbo, the same engine found in s13 2oosx's so therefore ripe for some mega bhp.

That engine is a gem, and apparently will slot straight into an Alfa Giulia, One to upset the purists
