Are smokers more dangerous drivers

Smoking with closed windows is no good, with open windows you need to take the cig out from between the front-dip in the glass and drop ash just in front of the r/w mirror so that ash doesn't blow all over inside the car. This is a bit tricky, because it takes the concentration off. No good while driving.

if you're well practiced at it, it takes no concentration to do what you describe at all, I've been driving 8 years and been smoking all of them and I've never had an accident or a near miss because of it.
