hello

can anybody help me?

I would like to upgrade the brakes on my v40 t4 but have no idea how to go about it.

I have been assured that there is no problems with them but they just dont seem good enough when compared to the modest power of the car
(200bhp)

any help would be great

Assuming no faults with the car and proper servicing I'd get the discs and pads replaced with OEM ones.

T4s and T5s do have very good brakes from the factory, certainly the ones I've driven have all been very good at stopping.

i had a c70 t5 and that had great brakes stoped from 140 to 40 in no time at all
never had a problem with them

What is it that you don't like about the stock brakes?
Is it bad pedal feel or brake fade?
I would recommend a decent set of pads and changing the brake fluid as this can make a drastic difference!
