See the car that escapes to the grass near the end? We have huge kerbs at the side of the A38 no chance of going around someone on the grass there.
 
That person must be located and locked up in some dungeon. After that the keys should be thrown into Mariana Trench and doors should be welded after all......imo.

OK...go ahead and shot him...just don't kill him so we can lock him up. Quick death is an reward comparing with life spended in 3 sq. Ft in darkness.
On other thought - we could shot him once in a while and just keeping him alive as long as possible....
Guess Geneva have nothing to do with prisoners of traffic?:lol:
