anyone out there that can tell me by changing my standard air filter to a mod one by how many bhp will it go up by

The clio cup at 201bhp should see peak power gains of around 5-10bhp with an induction kit. If this is matched to a sports exhaust you might even see an extra 5bhp (so upto 15bhp induction kit + 10bhp sports exhaust.)
A panel air filter is cheaper and does a good job - with an induction kit you must ensure a nice fresh supply of cool air from outside the engine bay. (The induction kit sounds great though!)
