Mk8 Honda civic 2.2 5 door decat

Hi guys. Just a quick question.

So I have now removed the first cat out of my Honda and now I plan on emptying out the second one. Is there any consequences in doing so? Like will I lose power? Will it damage the turbo?
I got told the turbo won’t cope if I do this.
