How to change rear number plate lights

I think the bulbs have gone but i am left clueless of how to change them.
It looks like you push the black clip things forward but this dose not seem to be doing anything :sad2:

you might need to get a thin screwdriver into them as well mate. some slide but theres a metal spring clip that hold them up.
