Celtic write their own software and will come to you. Awesome GTI are another VAG tuning specialist.
Darkside Developments do VAG group turbo upgrade kits if you ever want to go down that route.

Turbo kits don't look like there is the space for that you know anyone who has done that lol.. but cheers ill look into it tomorrow mate
